I have decided to get Xbox love and in Ontario through rogers they offer the the lite service and the standard service which one should I get for my xbox live?

I'd recomend the regular service, the lite service is very weak and probably not up to intense gaming (though I'm not sure just how much bandwidth is used by xbox). If you plan on doing lots of web browsing on it, or downloading a bunch of stuff, the standard service is definitely for you.
