hi,
i'm having serious problems with my pc at home, it works fine until i connect my cable modem, once i do that within a minute, sometimes less, i get a message saying that a RPC call has terminated unexpectly and windows needs to restart, then the pc proceeds to countdown from 1 minute and reboots, so basically i can't use the net. i'm at work right now, so i can post from here, but can't do much at home. is this nimda? someone i know had a similar problem and said it was nimda, is there any free antivirus software i can use, i should be able to download it from work and burn it on to cd and take it home, just want this thing off my pc.
