Fan controller knobs and Chieftec case

I'm planning to buy a fan controller for my Chieftec case (the one with a door) but i'm concerning about the controller knobs would prevent the door from closing all the way in. Can anyone who has this type of set up clarify me on this?

You'll be fine as long as the face of the controller sits flush with the case. The controller knobs don't stick out too far, and IIRC you have at 1" clearence minimum to the case door.
