Yes.

Next concern tho is the brand and quality of the power supply... also, 400w is overkill.... 300, or 350w is more than sufficient.

Ack, it uses an Allied Power supply. These ae bottom of the barrel, poor quality psus that should be avoided at all costs. If you like the case, buy it and then throw away the power supply. Get a 350w from Enermax, Sparkle, Enlight or Antec.
