I ran the Trend-Micro on my computer the other day because my provider sent an email recommending it. I have Norton and have used Panda and they have done a suffiecient job, never have found anything I couldn't get rid of.

Trend-Micro however, found this one, but says it's non-cleanable. File c:\Restore\Archive\E\FS417. Anybody heard of it, or seen anything like it? Any way to clean it? Thanks in advance.

Its in your restore files, so you can do one of two things;

1) The easiest, set a new restore point, then if you need to do a system restore, just don't go before this new date. If you go before that date, you risk restoring the virus. Eventually, the restore point will drop from the system and it will be gone. There is no risk of re-infecting your system unless you restore to a point where the machine was infected.

2) A little more work, but it will be gone now. Shut down the System Restore feature and reboot when requested. Delete your restore files. Re-enable System Restore, reboot when requested.
