I just boght the Sony DRU510A internal DVD burner. I am trying out my frist disc and I have a question. Does the drive that reads the DVD have to be a "DVD player CDROM" or can it just be a regular CDROM drive.

CD players of any kind can not read a DVD. It has to be in a DVD player
