How do you turn off Auto Insert Notificaton in XP?

I can't find how to turn off auto insert notification in XP for my burner, Can someone tell me please.

Go to "My Computer" and right click (assuming the mouse is set up for right handed people)on the Drive
From the pop up list select 'Properties'.

In the window that comes up select the 'Autoplay' tab and finally for each/any of the items in the drop down below 'Select a content type........' select the action to perform.

Click 'Apply' to save changes.
