Preview pics in Outlook 2002

Hi,
I have a client that gets several pictures attached to most of his emails (truck dealer). He wants to be able to preview them in the message, instead of clicking them individually. What are the steps to accomplish this?

Might try looking for a setting to receive all emails in html.
