Help please

Hey I have 2 problems first a password was put into my network and then took off so every time I boot my Pc I get a password pop up that if I hit ok continues start up but if I choose close my pc freezes how do I remove this from the start up list (win 98) 2nd I am having problems with Microsoft outook express where can I get a free copy to delete my current one.

Gosh no one has an ideas on how to access the boot up sequence or how to get a cop of outlook. Not even GLC or anyone

Outlook Express comes with Internet Explorer, so that's where you can get it from.
