The Start Menu

In windows ME Start Menu, the menu items inside programs (when not used for a specific time) become 'invisible' and you have to click on ''>>'' to bring them visible out of it.

I want all items in programs as visible all the time (and not hidden when unused for a while) What should I do in order to get control over this habit of windows me?

Right click the taskbar then properties and you will notice some added features that weren't there on win98, and I believe the one that U want to disable is personalized menu or something like that...
