deleting privtie messages?

it say my box is full ?.but only have 3 in my box!......and it says i have 73 folders in there. how do i get rid of those?..thanks

It counts all PMs, including sent, and new.

Click on the Folders button at the bottom of the page and follow the instructions.

it shows i have nothing in my folders or inbox and at the start of the forums it says i still have 70 folders?....i guess i'm not seeing the right thing?

Select "View from the beginning" in the dropdown box for number of days.

tryed that too........but it still says i have 70 folders when i log in and i can't get rid of them?..tryed everything that has been posted...just don't know??????????

Click on the folders button at the bottom of your PM page. You should see a list of your folders. Remove it by taking the name out of its box.

all the boxs are empty and still says i have 70? and this is what it says.............

There are no messages to display in this folder for this time period.

OK, I just ran a query directly on the database and it indeed shows you have 70 PMs. All of them are "Sent" messages, meaning they are likely sitting in your "Sent Items" folder. If you look in that folder and choose a very long time range, you should see them. Otherwise, give me the word, and I'll delete them myself here.
