I am in a small office room - totally enclosed, not just a part
wall or a cubicle. The office room next to me has a cordless
mouse. If I also get a corldess mouse will they conflict with
each other? Both computers are probably about 6 or 8 feet
from each otherand seperated by a wall. Thanks in advance.

I wouldn't think so. I have a Logitech cordless TrackmanFX and just tried moving away from my PC and it quit working about 5' away. I didn't have any walls involved either.

My wife and me have our computers about 4' apart ( no walls ) both using cordless rodents and we have no conflicts.

I might be wrong but I beleive they are Infra Red (light waves) not radio. This is why they have a little unit that has to be 'in sight' of the mouse to work.

My MS cordless has a buton on the receiver to change channels if there is any conflict. And as sdkfz mentioned they are infa-red and require "line of sight" to operate.
