My colors right now are like if I loaded up in safe mode, which I didn't.

Anybody know how I can fix this?

Make sure you have your video card drivers installed correctly and that they're not the Standard VGA drivers supplied by Microsoft. After that, right click on the desktop and get into the Display Properties and look at the settings tab. Make sure it correctly lists your monitor and video card and be sure that it's not set to like 256 colors or something like that.
