In this week's Best Buy flyer the Lite-On LTR-52327S is selling for 19.99 after rebates. It's a 52x32x52 model. It's selling for 40.99 at Newegg.

Get there quick tho... If there are any left by tomorrow nite I'll be surprised. BestBuy has a bad habit of advertising something and then only stocking 6 or 8 of that particular item in each store...

Friend got the last one at the local Best Buy at 5 yesterday afternoon.

It's on sale for $59.99 (not a particularly good price) and the rebates are 2 separate mailins, one for $30 and one for $10.
