HDD Size

How much room does Mandrake need. My other computer doesn't have a HDD right now, but I don't want to spend 50$ on a new HDD 40gig. I can get a smaller one for alot less at a local shop, Most of my files I would get off of another computer in my network. So what size does Mandrake need?

I'm not positive on the space needed for Mandrake.

However I run Red Hat Linux and my full desktop install
is about 1.7 gigs.

I'd be surprised if Mandrake needed more than that, I've
got tons of applications with my install.

I cold be wrong, but I think for all the apps, it takes 3GB... Tons of apps.
