Re-loading Bookmarks, Favorites After Browsers Re-Installs

I recently had to re-install IE 5 and Navigator 7.0 to my
system. I did save their respective bookmarks and favorites
to a CDROM.

What is the procedure for adding those saved bookmarks and
favorites back to the newly reinstalled browsers?

Start up Windows Explorer and browse to Documents and Settings and look for your login directory. Look for Favorites folder and drag and drop your saved bookmarks and favorites to that folder.

For Netscape, look in Application Data under your login - you should find a profile in there, just replace the default bookmarks.html file.

NOTE that you will need to remove the read-only attributes from everything you copy back from CD.
