IE 6 page fault

When ever my son is using IE6 and tries to open a second window either manually or by clicking on link that opens the second window he get the following. This program performed an illegal operation. Explorer caused an ivalid page fault in module MSVBVM60.DLL at 0167:6606a12fe. I have scanned for viruses, used Adaware, went into msconfig and unchecked just about everything, installed sp1 from MS, no change.

The computer is an Emachine (forgive me). 600 mhx Celeron, 96 meg ram, running 98se, IE 6.0.2. Anybody have any ideas?

Never mind. I found it. Had iexplorr11.dll on the computer. Surprised Adaware missed it. I guess thats why a lot of the guys say to have both Adaware and spybot.
