I want to make a web page. I have consrtructed a page using Front Page. What I want to know is why does my ISP want to charge me $25 extra to host a "Front Page" website? From what I see front page puts out HTML documents. Shouldn't I be able to put all the files in one directory and have it work? Why does it cost extra to use Front Page?

Because they probably think you need frontpage extensions. So you can "upload" the page from frontpage

So if I just upload it like an HTML page will it work?
Maybe they charge more for Frontpage extensions? If your ISP offers a way to upload your HTML pages to your web space, then it should work.

They offer free web hosting with my cable internet account. I guess that's what you mean.
