Im having trouble - Well, I'm getting really lame scores of like 4000 and I've got a sapphire 9600Pro, 1.4ghz Athlon TBIRD, 512 RAM and a gigabyte mobo.....
Can anyone who uses the prog alot tell me why I might be having such crap scores?
thanks for any help

scores vary greatly depending on your version. Is yours 2003?

4K is about all that card will do in 3DMark03. If you want higher scores get a 9700 Pro or better.
Does the card play all your games well? If so, quit sweating benchmarks and enjoy your games. That score sounds pretty darn good to me for that card and your CPU.

Yes that is a good score for your system, i wouldnt complain. Those are definatley not crap scores. That card should be able to play any game you want. Also dont compare 3dmark01 scores to 3dmark03 scores.

ok thanks for the reassurance, its because I saw other people boasting about scores of 15,000 and more I was wondering why I dont get anywherenear that.....
Let them boast. Benchmarks don't play games.

I agree let them boast and only use benchmarks to see if you have made any gains in performance from prior hardware or configurations.
