9800 Radeon???

I want to get the ATI Radeon 9800 pro 128 mb but I'm not sure if i should get a thirdparty card or go witht the ATI. I saw an add for bestbuy for 299.99 after a few rebates. I might go with that. Are there any other cheaper alternatives or should i jump on this deal?
