Hello,
A friend of mine is in college and the school has a packet shaper making it impossible for him to play games online. Is there any software that would make him invisible to the network so he can play games?

sounds like your asking how to bypass a security thing.

not really a security thing i dont think. They installed it to stop students from being able to download songs. I was just wondering if theres anyway he would be able to play games.

Packet shaping is a security feature implemented on networks to limit or stop certain types of traffic. Bypassing this kind of software is a "hacking/cracking" activity and I doubt you will find help to do that here.

hmm, not trying to hack/crack anything, just trying to help a friend play some games, oh well.

Not the point - its a security feature installed by competent authority.
