are raidmax powersupply a good quality PSU. ???????i know enermax and sparkle and thermaltake are all good but i havn't heard anything about raidmax?

Antec and Enlight are also highly regarded. Dunno about Raidmax tho. Not a name I've heard recommended by anyone...

I heard that they are so-so. I'd rip it out of the case and replace it with Antec (or the likes). You can always sell the junk in eBay.

There is nothing wrong with raidmax power supplies, I have built many cases based on the raidmax 268 with 350watt PSU and none have ever had any problems.

i do remember some pics on this forum of a blown raidmax psu that took the mobo with it. the thread was a while back
(called dont use raidmax or something)
i still have the pics on one of my other pc's. can upload em if you want :)
so if you want to be on the safe side get a good one.
they probably arent that crap, but lets say if 1 out of 100 or so blows, do you want to risk it that its yours?
