Just bought a Comp USA window for my boring case... I hate it, But not going to worry bout it much, The additional fan allowed me to up my OC'ing a couple mghrz. Squeeze what I can out of my 1700XP. The poor little thing is at 1.75 ghz.

Looks fine to me :p
If you'd like you can spruce the inside up a bit, you can use split loom, lights, led fans....

Hmmm...now I know what my others pc would look like if I modded it to use a case window (same case).
