Hi
We have 3 computers all inked up by a switch.
The server computer has access to the internet and shares the internet with the other two computers. The server is running windows 2000 and the two client pcs are both on windows xp professional.
Problem: The two client PCs at the moment cannot open all the websites available - notably
lemonde.fr
independent.co.uk
windows update
as well as others. The server PC can open all of them fine with no problems. This would suggest that the server PC is at fault but I do not believe so. The client PCs can open websites such as google.com, bbc.com etc. The client PCs do START to open the websites that dont work (eg they show the title at the top, when you view source you can see some of the code etc) but nothing actually loads of the screen except the title at the top and favicon thing. Oh and it was working maybe 2-3 weeks ago but now it has stopped rather oddly (we do not beileve we have made any significant changes on any pcs)
Any help would be GREATLY appreciated.
Thanks
Rupert
