FLG once insisted he could fix my dead AT Psu by messing around with it a year or two ago He got a little jolt out of it, nothing happened to him serously (Athough it wan't a good idea in the first place) and afterwards, oddly enough the PSU came back to life

Yup i was by joes house and his PSU was broke, so i opend it up and started looking around for anything broken, well my finger kinda slipped and got a nice shock out of it, guess i fixed it cause it worked after that :D

FLG:
You probably discharged a cap that is used for turn on of the supply. So, instead of a component discharging the cap, you discharged the cap. So, there probably still a problem with the supply
