Counterstrike this weekend?

Just wondering if there's anybody out there who wants to play this weekend and can host a game for all us fellow pcmechers to play on. I've been playing on other servers lately and to be quite honest people can be quite rude and stupid...anything from constant cussing and swearing, to shooting their own team members on purpose. Plus usually they're usually never friendly to newbies. So if there's anybody out there who can host a game this weekend where I and fellow pcmechers can play on that would be great. I would , I got all the cpu speed etc. in the world just a poky dialup connection though, so I'm out. Lemme know if anyone's interested.

I'd sure do it if I had cable. It's ordered and we're on a waiting list so.....I'll let you know when it's in....2 weeks?....2 months???? They have to upgrade equipt to accomdate demand. Could be a while.

I'll set up a server

Beginning Sunday 11:20 AM EST if no one logs in by 2:00 I'll shut it down.

The server will be the client computer on a home network--

The IP address for the client computer is 192.168.0.2

The IP for the main computer is 65.24.206.187

Don't know which IP you should use so try both. The client computer has been used as a server for DII, so I know it will work-- Halflife isn't on the server computer and my son loaned the CD to friend who had scratched his.

Hey Hal,

Sorry I had to go so quick last night, you had it running allright, just the map didn't work, but I think that maybe my problem. Use de_dust map next time we play, maybe I'll catch ya on tonight and then we'll try again.
