raid setup error

I'm trying to setup raid I first did a stripped set with 2 60gb maxtor. Using a Silicon image pci controller. I put the drivers on a floppy and I put them on correctly without that file that you get when you extract. I press F6 at windows setup put in floppy it reads it then gives me this error. Info in sig

File pnp680r.sys caused an unexpected error (4096) at line 2108 in d:\xpsp1\base\boot\setup\oemdisk.c.
