Rails for your 5 & 1/4 drive bays such as CD's/CDRW's.

Just guessing, but I be if you removed that other white thing taped to the back of the case (the manual), it'll tell you what all the loose parts are, where the front panel wires should connect, and how to install the rails Confused has id'd!:D
