Case Way Too Loud

This is the side of my case, those 2 side fans on the side are way too loud, I can't take them out because then it would look bad. Should I buy a new case, or is there something i can do?

You can do the 7-volt trick (http://www.cpemma.co.uk/7volt.html) to slow down the fans and get them to run a little more quietly.

Or you could buy Panaflo L1A fans.

they are LED fans, would they get dimmer?

you could stop the connection to the fan so just the LEDs light, but just make sure that it is in a parellel circuit or you will fry the LEDs since the fan lowers the amount of power to the LEDs if it is not parellel
