sharing outlook

my mom runs a business and she hired another person and got another computer. problem is, she makes me export all of her files from one to the other every night. i was wondering if there was a way to share outlook, so that when she scheduled something, or added a contact, it would show up on both computers.

you can try net folders...
google for it,
personally I think it stinks...but have seen it actually work decent before....

alright, i was doing a bit of research and i came across exchange. what exactly is it? will it do what i want to do/

yes, but expensive, and for sharing for 2 people, not really worth the investment, IMHO...

I've used net folders and it worked without any problems. However, Outlook 2000 is the last version that supports net folders.

yeah, that won't help me. she is running office 2003. i could drop back down to xp if there was something that worked with that.
