I just saw an article on anandtech comparing durons and celerons. The durons run on a slower fsb, have less cache, and the celeron has a higher clock speed. But the duron outpaces the celeron a lot. How can this be? What else affects the speed of the processor?
P.S The test rigs were using same ram, graphics, etc.

Sorry, I was wrong about the cache. But I have another question as well, why isn't there a limit on the RAM speed? It only runs on a 133mhz fsb but it can run faster ram?

The design of the Athlon\Duron cpus work on a different principle and are able to perform more functions at a lower speed than the Intel line, hence the ratings.
The fsb is doubled so 133fsb is 266fsb.

What is this different principle?

Instead of me trying to explain it,study up on these things so you can get a full grasp.
