Can"t Install Critical Update [Archive]

Hi, everyone. Recently , I've encounted this problem installing Critical update IE6 SP 1( KB824145).Its seems that whenever I install the above update, windows update reminder will pop up again reminding me to install it again after sometime. Btw, so far I got no problems updating the other critical updates. I'm using WinMe for ur info. Does anyone got any ideas ?

Hi there,
Check in Add/Remove Software if the update is noted..
and or in C:\Windows folder you should find the update if it has been installed..
