Hello,

I'm looking for a script to manage articles. All I need is something to offer me a submit page that anyone can use. I need it to be able to be categorised into different areas, then an administration end that decides whether to allow or refuse the article to be posted on the page. The only other part i need is some way for the article to be streamed to the website into a predefined template. I would love it if someone knows of quite a simple script to do something like this for me, even better would be if they know of one written in php and using mysql or postgresql database. I also have perl if need be.

I have looked at phpnuke and am considering it a last resort, as I would like the script to just be an include, not a complete website thing. Although if someone knows of a way to use the phpnuke backend administration but streaming the data elsewhere would work.

I'm also considering using cutenews, although it is not totally what I was looking for.

Note, cutenews will do nothing for me, it don't have the features i need.

You might try this one (http://www.hotscripts.com/Detailed/9070.html). It is a small script that can easily be integrated into a page without taking over the whole site like the Nukes.
