hmm I almost and STRESS almost find that hard to believe.
In Japan, English is a Required Language.
In Japan, they ofter rewards to find mistakes in materials used to teach English. While in college, I had a Japanese high school student as a room. Also I had several good friends from Japan.
I have no doubt someone would slip that kind of material into the market like that, I just wonder how it went long enough to not be noticed, until too late.
