how can i connect my pc to net using mobile phone like other notebook users do?what i have to do?to connect mobile phone to pc ?how?well i dont have phone line.so i an connet to net using my friends mobile bu i dont know how o do ?is it possible.

First question. Where do you live? What type of phone service and who is the provider? Different providers and countries have different standards.

well i am from india and my isp is bsnl there are many isps but in my city thre is only one.and i wanna connect.i am not getting any reply from my isp on this issue.
