FREE CABLE TV Emails??????

I keep getting these emails, different names, but always with the "Re:" indicating a reply. These emails have an ad for getting FREE CABLE by using some sorta of connection in the cable. The rest of the email is just random words that don't make sense.....

Is anyone else getting these emails? Is this a virus? Is there anyway of blocking them since they come in different names?

I'm pissed!!!

That sounds like common old spam to me.

Do you have an antivirus and spyware scanner, and keep them up to date?

Sounds like spam to me as well. Block the sender and then modify the block to include the entire domain that sends the spam in Outlook Express you do that under "Message" for the original email and "Tools" for the domain. I do that all the time to the ones that slip thru my isp's spam guards.

O.K., I know how to block the sender, ofcourse this does nothing because they keep coming 2 or 3 at a time, all different names and email addresses. I've tried to reply to a few of them, but they won't go through back to them.
I don't understand how to include the entire domain? Your instructions are too vague for me, can you be more specific?
You say go under "Message", this is where I do the blocking of sender right, I now how to do that. Then you say "Tools". There is nothing under tools that says domain? Confused?

Unfortunately, there isnt much as a personal filter that can block out such mails intuitively. Check with your ISP if they have spam filtering, that should take care of those emails.

Don't even try to reply - this will just get you on more spam lists.

Whatever these emails are, they keep coming, and most of them are actually useless, they don't make sense? I wouldn't be able to buy anything with them if I wanted too. Many times they are only partially complete, and the words don't make any sense, just a bunch of English words in random order, along with the Free Cable T.V. picture showing a cable box and connector.........
