Free Virus Scan

Is there any good free virus scan software out there? im sick of mcaffee notices coming up telling me to pay all the time for the software and need something good and free or cheap.

I got NAV from ebay for $6 and I have AVG loaded in the old Dell.

I have that Etrust thing, and it is pretty nice, especially for free from Microsoft!
