Currently, i have two hard drives set up on my computer. I'd like to transfer the slave drive to my new computer, which isn't assembled and as of now is just a bunch of parts i recently purchased, as the master drive. Is it possible to install the HD/Windows 2000 without losing any data? The HD is partitioned into two drives and the data is too large to be transfered to my current master drive (graphics/animations). If not, what would i have to do, if anything else, to allow it to be able to be installed?

Thanks in advance.

I would think it would install the OS just fine, but what format is on the drive now?

Aye, i wasn't sure if anything would conflict or not, or if my data would be erased. It's formatted as FAT32.

Thanks for the help!

Yes just make sure you change jumpers to the master position, and you said you have two partitions, one for data? so install the OS on the other and you should be good to go.
