hijackthis

Hi I have just downloaded hijackthis because after reading a few other posts I noticed allot of people recommend it. However after doing my first scan I don’t know how to tell what should be there and what shouldn’t how do you tell?:confused:

Welcome to PCMech, the only way to know for sure is to research and study what the hijackers do and learn windows registry. You could post a copy of your log file and someone can help you or post it over at Spywareinfo (http://forums.spywareinfo.com/index.php?showforum=11).
