I would like if audiophiles would give me advice on what pair of headphones will blow me away. I'm not planning on spending over 200.
I had my sights on these SENNHEISER HD 590 (http://www.newegg.com/app/ViewProductDesc.asp?description=26-106-304&catalog=70&manufactory=BROWSE&depa=1&section=3)
Do you think they are a good pick or do you recommend something else?

Thanks,

I will keep you well under $200. For studio work I still only use AKG K141 (I bought my first in '86 or so, and now they are well under $100. For just keeping the wife happy while I create at home, I use Denon AH-D750 .....very comfy and take alot of abuse. Of couse all previous statements are not tested by the FDA and are subject to opinions!

Wow, thank you all very much.
I'm going to go with my original choice.
