Remote control

I can't get the remote control to work. Can anyone help me get it working?

What O/S?

Are the drivers for the remote installed? Check the device manager to see if they're there or if there is a warning on them.

The only warning is for my dial-up modem and I'm to lazy to install the driver for it because I don't use it. I'm useing win2000 pro.

Nevermind. I thought I was pressing the mute button but it was realy a programable button.
