(the fastest, most reliable, best gaming/overclocking hardware)....Should i go amd or intel(hyperthreaded or regular), and which mobo should i get...i am guessing that ill have about $350 for the mobo/cpu...What u guys think?

Asus P4P800 & P4 2.6C...under $300.
Or P4P800 Deluxe like imbest123 said, still around $300.

The X-Dreamer case comes with a Turbo Link power supply...I hope you plan on replacing it with a better quality power supply like a Enermax, Enlight, Fortron Source, HEC, PC Power & Cooling or Sparkle Power.
As far as which CPU to use, that's completely up to you. I'd match whichever CPU you choose to a ASUS motherboard.
For RAM, look at Crucial, Corsair, Geil, Kingston and Mushkin.
