please help me with this problem

today when i was going to latimes.com it loaded all correctly but when i click register it gave me the page cannot be displayed message everything else worked except for that. the wierd thing is when i use my other win 98 computer that page worked. the computer that didn't work was win 2000 with internet explorer 6. the win 98 had also ie 6

Maybe that page was down for the moment, did you go back and check again on the Win2k box?

check your cookie settings they could have been changed somehow and, like secure pages when your cookie setting is set to high it will say that the page cannot be displayed. try that im thinking thats what the problem is.
