is the MS-6533EG-LM motherboard a decent one when paired up with the p4 2.4ghz/533 fsb. And i would be playing close to 110 canadain dollars. Would it be wourth that kind of money?

MSI motherboards are "okay", but HAL9000 said they have a higher rate of failures than brands like Intel and ASUS. If you aren't going to overclock, I think it'll perform well.

well this would be put in my little brother computer and get does very very light gaming and web surfing definately no over clock. But he has a p2 350mhz right now with some board. And 110 dollars just for the p4 2.4 isn't bad either so i guess i will just stick this into his computer thanks cricket

oh and that board takes ddr 184pin memmory correct? I couldn't find it on several web pages maybe im not looking hard enough but if anyone knows please post ill keep looking

Yes, that motherboard supports DDR RAM...either PC1600 DDR200) or PC2100 (DDR266).
