please help
i am running win xp and norton anti virus and firewall all up to date.earlier on tonight noton flahed red screen and said i had a virus on my pc.i followed the instructions and managed to get rid of it.but now every time i touch the keyboard my pc freezes.im using windows on-screen keyboard.ive un-installed the keyboard and re-installed it,but no better.ive ran norton anti-virus and nothing was found.but every time i touch the keyboad the mouse and keyboard freeze.the funny thing is the pc keeps working.eg if im burning a disk it keeps going but i canr do anything with the mouse or keyboard.please help i cant keep using this on screen keyboard.
