I was just wondering if there is a program out there for win98 that can find any missing or corrupted from the registry and system and can fix the problems.

yes there is one built into w98
SFC i think thats the name of it

I think 98 has a "ScanReg.exe" program to fix registry problems. I would try it out if Bailey's method doesn't work.
