OK - to glc, statica, and other moderators:

Bigandy and I go to the same high school, it's true. In fact, he's one of my best friends. All my comments towards him were simply joking attacks on my buddy. I apologize for violating the rules of the forum. I hadn't read them yet. He's really into this forum and wanted me to join. So I felt like trying to embarass him by eventually revealing that the biggest screw-off in the forum was good friends with a member who was gaining respect for his interest in PCs (the kid's got a dark, Gnome-like side as well). Well, the cats out of the bag. Not so exiting I guess, now that I'm struggling to avoid a ban. Anyways, I'll tell you that I plan to stop my forum mischief from now on and follow the rules, but I can't help my strange nature. I'll make sure I respect the rules from now on, and I'll keep my shots at bigandy off of my posts.

Sorry to cause you trouble,
The Infamous AngryLawnGnome

P.S. I know I'm a mac guy, but I think I'll learn something from this forum eventually. I also find it curious that my aunt has four fingers on her left hand and prefers macs as well.

I understand how you need to have a level of playful banter going on, but by having this go on over the forums you have made a mockery of the rules and of the rest of us who try to adhere by them. These attacks, in case you havent realized it before, have been disruptive to the community - a number of times. And we have warned you enough. The thread where I warned you was simply another one in a long saga of such places where the moderators have felt that they needed to babysit you. The rules are there for a reason, when you clicked I Agree to create the account, you were given an opportunity to read them. You were further given an opportunity with each thread you have participated in, to take a note of the decorum and the civility exercised by the other members.

The rules of this forum, as with the rules of society, are there for a reason - you cannot always expect to create your own environment - sometimes it is important to respect and conform to a situation. Being labelled as a disruptive influence is a tag you can well avoid.

Regarding this poll, it is now closed, as is this thread. It simply isnt in the hands of a general opinion on how the forum is administered. It is done so by all the moderators.
