ok i know i have seen sites that will offer free hosting if you register a domain through them. I need a place that offers FTP upload and cgi with no ads. Anybody know of any places with all this?

Try http://www.f2s.co.uk and they offer 20megs, cgi, and access to the ftp and any DUN connection. LAso they are very fast.

You can have free and you can have no ads, but I don't think the combination exists.

well the ads dont bother me so much as long as I can put them where I want, but the places i find force you to put them at the top or bottom screwing up my page and I seriously hate popup ads. and slewis thanks for the link i will check it out.
