Ever notice that sometimes, no matter how much you clear the History in Internet Explorer, theres always a url which was supposed to be gone with the rest when typing a url in the address bar.
for example you visit a buch of sites, then you decide to clear your history. that should clear that list of previously visited urls when you begin to type a url in the address bar. But for some reason one or two stays around. whats with that?

You could try erasing all your temporary internet files. That works for me.

AWESOME! you were right oddjob, That spider program really did the job! all that crap I always had in IE is gone. works really well when you scan the whole hdd. Thanks for the tip, Sarge.

I think you can use TrackEraser Pro to clear your temporary internet files

Tech TV had this on "Call for Help" yesterday. They said this is the best free program to do the job:
