Ishost.exe error on start up

after the welcome sign i get this error on windows xp pro on a Ishost.exe

what can i do to stop this error from poping up every time i startup windows????

Do you know what it is related to? Could it possibly be leftover from a virus or adware? I'd run adaware and spybot s&d just in case.

i dont think its related cuz it happend when i installed windows xp sp1 and at that time i didnt have connection to the internet

i think its got something to do with norton antivirus 2004, but i am not sure what it is.
